Refunds may be approved when:

  • You were charged but did not receive credits.
  • The app failed and you could not generate an image.
  • A technical issue prevented you from using your purchase.

Refunds may be denied when:

  • Credits were successfully used.
  • Images were generated and downloaded.
  • The request appears abusive or duplicate.

Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase when possible. We aim to respond to requests within 24–48 hours.
