Animal Image Generator ("AIG", "we", "us") is an AI-powered image creation tool. By using AIG you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
AIG operates on a prepaid credit model. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when images are generated. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused credits do not expire but are not refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
Images are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or inconsistent. We do not guarantee specific results. See our Disclaimer for full details.
You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use generated images for personal and commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of outputs generated from your uploaded content. No exclusivity is granted — the same or similar outputs may be generated for other users.
You may not use AIG to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of AIG is limited to the amount you paid in the transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
